Why cleanouts pile up here
Storms and yard debris
Hurricane season and summer storms drop limbs, fronds and fence panels. Piles at the curb that county pickup will not take have to go somewhere.
Moves, estates and rentals
Snowbird homes, estate sales and tenant turnovers leave a full house or garage behind, and a deadline to clear it.
Small remodels
A new floor, kitchen or bath makes a pile of old material that does not fit in a regular trash cart. We take the cleanup, not the hazardous stuff.
Starting prices
Priced by truck load. Typical starting prices for the area. Your written quote is for your exact pile.
| Service | Starting at | Depends on |
|---|---|---|
| Single large item or a few pieces | from $75 | Couch, mattress, refrigerator. Several pieces become a quarter load. |
| Quarter truck load | from $150 | A small pile, a few pieces of furniture or a small yard cleanup. |
| Half truck load | from $300 | A garage worth of items or a medium remodel cleanup. |
| Full truck load | from $550 | A big cleanout. Larger homes can take more than one load. |
| Hot tub or shed | from $250 | Goes up with size, access and how much has to be taken apart. |
| Commercial cleanout | from $300 | Small unit. Larger spaces and multiple units get one flat price. |

Questions
How fast do I get a price?
We reply with a flat written quote within one business day of your request.
How is the price set?
By how much space your items take in the truck: a quarter load, a half load or a full load. A single large item has its own price.
When do I pay?
After the job is done and you are happy with it. You approve the written price first, and nothing is due before the work.
Where does the junk go?
To licensed county disposal facilities, recyclers and donation drop offs. Usable furniture and household goods are donated when possible.
What can you not take?
Hazardous waste such as paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, asbestos and anything flammable or biological. Ask us if you are unsure and we will tell you who handles it.
Who does the work?
Independent local crews do the hauling. Lowtide books the job, sets the price, and collects payment.
