How it works
- You send photos or a short description and tell us what stays.
- We send a flat written price, usually by the truck load.
- The crew arrives in the window, clears the space and sweeps up.
- You walk through and pay after, once it is done.
Estates and sensitive items
If you are clearing a home after a loss, take your time. Set aside papers, photos, jewelry and anything with personal value before the crew arrives. Tell us in advance about items you want kept so they are not touched.
Donation and recycling
Usable furniture, household goods and clothes are set aside for donation when we can. Metal and cardboard go to recycling. What is left goes to a licensed county facility.
Price
A single garage typically needs a half to a full truck load, so cleanouts often start around $300 and go up with the amount of material. Whole house cleanouts are quoted flat after photos.
