Hot tubs and spas
We disconnect from the power and plumbing only if there is a standard plug in connection. If the spa is wired directly to your electrical panel, a licensed electrician has to disconnect it first, and we can work around the date. The tub is drained, cut up if needed and hauled.
Sheds and outbuildings
Plastic, metal and wood sheds are taken apart, and the pieces are loaded. Concrete slabs are not included. Tell us the size, the material and whether it is empty.
Play sets, trampolines and above ground pools
These come apart in sections and are loaded and hauled the same way. Mention them in the details for the quote.

Hot tub removal typically starts around $250. Sheds start near the same number and go up with size. The written price depends on access and how much work it is to take apart.
Questions
Do you disconnect the electrical on a hot tub?
We do not do electrical work. If your spa is hard wired, an electrician needs to disconnect it first. Plug in spas are fine.
Can you remove the concrete pad?
No. Concrete pads and slabs are separate demolition work. We remove the shed or tub on top of it.
